Can I customise an available set?

Yes! Any set listed in the store can be customised, subject to availability. Feel free to contact us via instagram or email BEFORE checking out to add a little badazzle to ur dazzle.

Processing time can depend on the number of orders and is updated regularly. Please be mindful as I have a full time job on the side!! If you require a nail set quickly, please add on 'Express Order' to your cart for priority processing.

Shipping times are subject to the area you reside in.

NZ Standard Shipping (Non-Rural): 3-5 business days

NZ Express Shipping (Non-Rural): 1-2 business days

NZ Standard Rural Shipping: additional 3 business days

Australia Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days

We take extra care to package your nail set securely, and ensure that there is no damage prior to shipping. While we are not liable for any damages that occur during shipping, we understand that anything can happen during transport. Please contact us via instagram or email with photos of the damage as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help you out!

Please check with NZ Post first, and see if they are able to track down your order! Otherwise, please reach out to us via instagram or email as soon as possible.

Cancellations or changes are only accepted within 24 hours after your order has been confirmed. If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact us via instagram or email as soon as possible.

To ensure that your press on nails fit as accurately as possible, we recommend ordering a sizing kit in advance in the nail shape/length you want. YUZU NAIL ART is not responsible for any incorrect measurements, so please order carefully!

I think I measured my nail size wrong.. can I get a replacement?
